He also served as an Education Technology Specialist to the Federal Ministry from 2021 to 2024. Mr. Karl Maas Yogi, Elements Learning’s Advisor for Science & Technology Alignment, visited the Khudi Institute to observe the live implementation of the Elements Learning academic solution. A German national with extensive global corporate experience (including Mercedes-Benz), he focused on seeing how the curriculum is delivered in the classroom. His work centers on aligning EL’s Science and Technology framework with international standards, particularly German educational benchmarks.

Elements Learning established 50 Mathematics Labs across Federal Directorate of Education schools, covering both urban and rural campuses. Teachers received hands-on training on lab utilization and the CPA Singapore methodology for improved concept delivery. The initiative strengthens math learning environments at scale.

Esteemed Pakistani journalist Hamid Mir's visit to our recently established Premium Math Lab at Islamabad College for Girls (ICG) F-6/2, highlighted the impactful, innovative education fostered by Elements Learning's CPA (Concrete, Pictorial, Abstract) Methodology. This engaging lab deviates from traditional routines, allowing students to effectively explore and internalize mathematical ideas through manipulatives. During his visit, ICG students confidently demonstrated their deep mathematical understanding. We thank Mr. Mir and Geo News for covering this significant event, and ICG's Principal Ms. Sabah Faisal and Headmistress Ms. Salma for their invaluable cooperation and support. The Elements Learning team recently concluded a comprehensive ten-district orientation program across Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). The initiative involved dedicated one-day sessions in each district, focusing on the newly regulated Grade 1, 2, and 3 mathematics textbooks developed by Elements Learning. These sessions aimed to thoroughly orient AJK teachers on the structure and pedagogical approach of the new math curriculum, emphasizing the core Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract (CPA) methodology embedded within the books. The success of this extensive program was made possible by the enthusiastic participation of teachers from all ten districts. Elements Learning participated in the Science Fair at Sirat Al Mustaqeem, Free Quran Education Centre.
