Science

At Elements Learning, we believe that effective science education begins with inquiry. Our science trainings focus on equipping teachers with the understanding, pedagogy, and practical tools needed to develop scientific thinking in students. Each training is rooted in experimentation, questioning, and discovery — ensuring teachers experience the same process of investigation they are meant to cultivate in their classrooms.

    Our Training Pipeline

    Teaching & Learning Methodology

Understanding how scientific thinking develops and applying the P-Q-R-S-T inquiry framework.

    The Story of the Universe

Exploring major scientific theories through narrative and hands-on physics experiments.

The Story of Life & Our World

Connecting life sciences, ecology, and environmental systems through simple models and activities.

    Integration & Reflection

Translating learning into classroom practice with guided reflection, planning, and Q&A.

    Teaching & Learning Methodology

    Duration: 2 hours

Understand how scientific thinking develops in children and explore what research says about effective science teaching. Participants are introduced to the P-Q-R-S-T (Play, Question, Reflect, Story, Transfer) framework, which emphasizes inquiry, discovery, and reasoning over memorization.

    The Story of the Universe

    Duration: 9 hours

Develop a foundational understanding of major scientific theories and how they evolved. Teachers engage in narrative-based explorations from the Big Bang to fundamental forces, complemented by hands-on physics experiments on gravity, motion, and electromagnetism.

The Story of Life & Our World

    Duration: 4 hours

Explore Earth’s history and the interdependence of life systems. Activities include modeling ecological cycles, understanding planetary boundaries, and conducting simple experiments to connect life sciences with environmental responsibility.

    Integration & Reflection

    Duration: 1 hours

Reinforce learning through guided reflection, group discussions, and feedback. Teachers share classroom application plans and explore how to use Science Lab Kits effectively. The final session includes Q&A and peer sharing to ensure sustained impact.

By the end of the training, teachers gain a clear understanding of how to make science inquiry-driven, hands-on, and conceptually grounded. The program ensures alignment with Pakistan’s national curriculum while embedding global best practices in science pedagogy and lab-based learning.
